Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy:

Each order is custom made to be created to be as unique and special as you. With this in mind, please allow 2-3 weeks from the order date for your shipment to be stitched and out the door. We work hard get items shipped as soon as possible but will never sacrifice quality for speed.


We ship from our headquarters in Nolensville, Tennessee. Approximate standard shipping time is 5-7 business days from fulfillment of order. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.


Select your delivery method or local pick up on the checkout page. Please note these timelines do not expedite the embroidery process, which can take up to 3 weeks. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been packed and turned over to the carrier.

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of the monogram business we do not accept returns or exchanges on monogrammed items. Each order is custom made and will not be able to be sent back for credit, store credit, or exchange of another product.

At The Southern Stitch we put our time into the detail of every stitched item. It is designed for you and only you, and therefore we are unable to accept returns. Please take time to proofread all spelling and typing as all sales on items are final.
